To utilize this service, you must have your customer account number.  Your account number can be found in the right corner of your Water Utility Billing Statement.

Account Number Example: 0050040.00
Tenant Number Example: 98

All payments for accounts that are disconnected must be made at the Water District office at 1219 Crescent Ave Lockport, LA 70374

Effective January 1, 2024, LPWD #1 will be billing for Trash Collection. Each account will have $16.50 added for trash collection.
