If your water service has been disconnected, you will not be able to pay on-line to get reconnected.

You must call the office during the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm at (423)357-7511 or after hours please call the on-call Technician at (423)357-7151 to make a payment for the water service to be cut back on.
Online Bill Pay will not be available beginning on 9/12/2025 at 2:00 PM.
Online Bill Pay will be available again on 9/15/2025.
