A $25 late penalty is due on the 17th of the month. This penalty may be added to the next bill but if you choose to pay it, please add it to the amount that appears in the portal.

Please note, if you are paying on an account on the disconnection date, an additional disconnect/reconnect fee of $50 will be due in addition to the total that appears in the portal.

All charges must be paid in full prior to reconnection.
