To get started, simply register your account online. Once your account has been set up, you may choose the E-Bill notification option via the Update Info tab. After that, billing information will be electronically delivered to the email address that you provided. You will still continue to receive your paper statements at the mailing address we have on file.

On-Line payments are processed through the Omaha/BluePay Gateway which operates on Central Standard Time (CST).  All payments must be processed by 5 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the date specified on your statement to avoid penalties and disconnection.
