Please be advised that the Authority will immediately terminate your online account, without any futher notice to you, upon receipt by Authority of information/notification, satisfactory to Authority, that you have sold your interest in the real estate applicable to the Online Account.

In order to meet changing industry standards and fees associated with processing card data, Bill Servicing, will be implementing changes to their current fee schedule within the next 30 days to all IVR and Online Payees as follows:

• a charge of 2.95% to any transaction above $85
• a charge of $2.50 to any transaction below $85

This increase took affect as of 11/01/2020.
